The Size Change service is free of charge and allows you to return a garment that does not fit you as you would like, receiving in exchange the correct size garment quickly and easily.
HOW DOES SIZE CHANGE WORK?
Proceed by requesting an easy return: if you want information on the procedure, we suggest you learn more click here.
Select the size change option for the item you wish to receive the new size for, making sure it is available at the time of your return request.
If you have chosen the easy return option, you will be sent a pre-filled label to attach to your parcel and you will not be charged for handling the request!
There is no handling fee for the generation of the order containing the new size. The system automatically assigns the price originally paid for the item you are returning to the selected product.
WHEN WILL I BE SENT THE NEW SIZE?
The parcel with the new size change order will be shipped once we receive your return. As soon as your new order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email confirming the shipment and tracking to monitor the delivery of your parcel.
HOW OFTEN CAN I REQUEST A SIZE CHANGE?
You can request a return for size change once per product: if even the new size does not fit, you can only proceed with the standard return and refund request. In the event that you request a new return by facilitated return, the cost of the return will be regularly deducted from your final refund.
IN WHICH COUNTRIES IS THE SIZE CHANGE ACTIVE?
Size change is available for Italy and EU countries.
