WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING THE RETURN?
The products you wish to return must be in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. intact and complete in all their parts: not worn, washed or altered in any way. The garments may be tried on without removing tags and labels.
We invite you to try the shoes on a clean, soft surface to avoid any wear and tear. Shoes must be returned unmarked and in their original box.
In the event that these instructions are not followed even in part, the items will be considered non-compliant for return.
RETURN METHODS AND COSTS
When you request a return you can choose between two ways to ship the goods back:
- EASY RETURN - By choosing this method, once your request is accepted, you will receive an email containing the pre-filled DHL return label. Prepare the parcel, affix the pre-filled label you received and follow the instructions to book the collection by the courier in charge or drop off your package at a DHL office.
The easy return with pre-filled label foresees a handling cost of 15€ for European Union and 30€ for Extra EU country, which will be deducted from the final refund. We remind you that for European Union countries, if you choose to make a change size instead of refound, the easy return is free of charge!
- RETURNS IN AUTONOMY - If you choose to return the item independently, you will have to decide which courier to use for the return and you will have to prepare the package in all its parts. You will receive an initial email confirming that you have entered your return request and a second email with authorisation to proceed: this email will include the address of the warehouse to which you must send the goods.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Depending on how you made your purchase, whether as a guest (Guest) or registered user, you can request a return by following the instructions below.
In both cases, you will be able to choose whether to make a facilitated return, with which you can request that the DHL label be sent to you, or to proceed autonomously by choosing which courier to use for the return.
In addition, by inserting the return request you will be able to choose to receive a refund for the purchased goods, or to change the size of the garment.
Within 1-2 working days from the insertion of the return request you will receive an e-mail with the authorisation to proceed and instructions on how to prepare your parcel.
NON-REGISTERED USER (GUEST)
- To request a return you will need your purchase details: order number, email used and surname.
- Connect to the ORDER CHECKOUT area dedicated to non-registered users: click here to access the page.
- Enter your order details and click submit: you will be taken to the page with information about your order and you can select the ‘RETURN’ option.
- Select the products you wish to return and when the operation is complete you will receive an email confirming that your return request has been correctly entered. If you have not received the e-mail, please check your spam folder.
- Within 1-2 days you will receive a second e-mail with the authorisation to proceed with the return and instructions on how to prepare your package.
REGISTERED USER
- Log in to your private area and enter the ORDERS area on your dashboard.
- Entering the order details you will be able to select the return item, choosing the products to be returned.
- You will receive an e-mail confirming that your return request has been correctly entered. If you have not received the e-mail, please check your spam folder.
- Within 1-2 days you will receive a second e-mail with the authorisation to proceed with the return and instructions on how to prepare your package.
TIMING OF REFUNDS
As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the status of the goods will be checked by the Quality Control Department. If the result of the check is positive and the goods are in conformity, we will send you an e-mail to confirm the receipt of the return and the consequent provisions for reimbursement.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used when ordering, within 14 days of receipt of the goods and verification of conformity of the return.
You will be credited with the value of the purchased products, net of any handling costs (e.g. in case you requested the facilitated return method or if there are customs charges).
The timeframe for crediting the refund may vary depending on the bank or the payment method chosen.
TIMING OF CHANGE SIZE
If you choose the return option with size exchange, a new order will be sent to you as soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse and evaluated by the Quality Control Department.
Please note that if you have chosen the easy return with size exchange option, you will not incur any handling costs for this new order and return. You will receive the new order within the timeframe foreseen for standard shipments.
The return with size exchange is not available for customers from non-EU countries.
RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
We are committed to providing high quality products and services, but if you have received a product that does not meet your expectations or if an item in your order is incorrect or defective, we ask that you promptly contact our Customer Care.
You will have to provide us with all relevant information: order number, photos of the label and the product, information on the problem you encountered.
We invite you to wait for a reply from our Customer Care before proceeding with the return of the goods, thus avoiding misunderstandings or non-acceptance of your return for non-conforming goods.
If it is determined that the product is defective or non-conforming, we will organise the collection of the product without charging you a handling fee for the return.
CAN I MAKE A RETURN FOR THE UNITY PERFUME?
For safety reasons related to regulations concerning the shipment of dangerous goods, it will not be possible to return Unity Perfum.
In the event that you require post-purchase assistance for any problems with this product, please contact our Customer Service. Please note that in any case, returns of perfume without the protective cellophane, with the original packaging opened and/or used will not be accepted.
Unity perfume is only available for sale in Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany.
CUSTOMS CHARGES AND PROVISIONS FOR NON-EU COUNTRIES
We remind you that any customs duties and charges for the return or exit of the goods, will be at your expense.
Under certain circumstances, goods entering and leaving the Italian territory are subject to customs charges, as well as to compliance with specific management provisions.
Please note that the shipment of goods or documents outside the EU is subject to declaration: this means that the goods must be accompanied by a pro-forma invoice, which is necessary to speed up the customs clearance process of your return.
If you are returning an item from a non-EU country*, we ask you to download and fill in the pro-forma invoice in its entirety, which can be found at here.
If you have any doubts about filling in the pro-forma invoice, please contact our Customer Care.
Once filled out, affix the pro-forma invoice on the outside of the box: do not place it inside the box, as the pro-forma invoice is a document that must be visible to customs officials.
In the case of returns from non-EU countries, in addition to the pro forma invoice where applicable, please communicate the return tracking by sending an email to our Customer Care.
*The pro forma invoice is obligatory for the following countries and continents: Switzerland, San Marino, Vatican City, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, UK, Russia, Ukraine; Asia, Africa, Australia, North America and South America.
